Nic Nevin - President
Nic is a co-founder of IFX Medical and is a consultant and speaker in the field of web design and online marketing for medical practices. He designs our client online marketing strategies and guides implementation to maximize their return on marketing investment.
He has been involved in clinical software development as a designer and developer for the last 15 years and has designed web applications currently in use by such organizations as the US Army Corp of Engineers and the Department of Homeland Security.
Nic holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. He blogs on search engine optimization and local marketing in our medical marketing blog
Ines Crespo – Chief Operations Officer
Ines is a co-founder of ifxmedical and manages implementation of website design and marketing projects.
As a Critical Care Registered Nurse and a medical weight loss program director, Ines brings a wealth of clinical experience to her role at IFX Medical. Ines served as an account representative for Novartis Health Risk Management assisting medical practices from Florida to Texas develop profitable weight management programs. While with Novartis, she earned the Novartis President’s Gold Award and Account Manager of the Year Award
Ines holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and has developed an expertise in website usability and standards.
David Magpiong – Customer Service Agent
David brings many years of management and customer service experience to the support team at IFX Medical. Along with supervising support team activity, he has developed expertise in email newsletter design and marketing and coordinates monthly newsletter development for our clients.
Jessica Burris – Content Editor
Jessica received her Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Florida and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree focusing in rhetoric and composition. She has a dedicated and academic interest in coherent, manicured writing. Jessica is also certified to teach English at both the middle and high school level, and works side by side our bloggers providing topics and editing contributed content.
Peter Nguyen – Medical Website Designer
Peter is a graphic designer that specializes in designing websites that match the appearance and feeling of every client. Peter graduated from the University of North Florida in 2010 and has experience working as part of a web design team, designing commercial and non-profit websites for local clients from their concept to development. In addition to working daily on website designs and development, Peter is also largely involved in site maintenance and support, in addition to building monthly newsletters.
